Industry experts

Andrew Martin is a Managing Director of MA Financial Group and the Head of MA Financial Group Asset Management.
Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in global investment as a principal investor and adviser across a range of sectors including real estate, infrastructure, private equity and energy.
Prior to joining MA Financial Group Andrew was a Managing Director at UBS Global Asset Management in Infrastructure and Private Equity.
Prior to that Andrew was a principal of an asset management firm which founded several real estate funds in the US, Australia and Asia.
Previously Andrew was an investment banker with Rothschild, and served in the NSW Government Premier’s Department and the Cabinet Office where he advised on the privatisation and corporatisation of infrastructure and utilities.
Andrew has also held senior positions in Australian and international law firms.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.

Chris has more than 25 years’ experience in stockbroking and funds management. He is currently Managing Director of Elevation Capital, a board member of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA), co-founder and director of NZX-listed New Zealand Rural Land Company, Director of Merx Funds Management Limited and Chair of McCashin’s Brewery Limited and Chair of the Auckland Future Fund and the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa
Chris was previously Partner and Co-Head of Institutional Equities at Goldman Sachs JBWere (NZ), a member of the NZX Listing Subcommittee (2008-2023), member of the New Zealand Markets Disciplinary Tribunal (2013-2023), a foundation Broker of the New Zealand Exchange (NZX) and Full Member of the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZSE).
Since graduating from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) in 1996, he has attended Columbia University (New York), New York University (NYU), London School of Economics (LSE) and the Harvard Kennedy School in Boston, Massachusetts.
Born in Auckland, New Zealand, he has been a long-time supporter of business and arts communities.

Enda has worked in asset management and investment banking since 2001 and has been part of the MA Financial asset management division since its inception.
He has extensive experience of investment migration programs in both New Zealand and Australia and has asset management experience in commercial real estate, operating real estate, private equity, private credit and other sectors.
Enda was part of the MA Financial team which were the pioneers of Australian investor migration program and regularly spoke at industry events and webinars on the topic along with sitting on the Financial Services Council sub-committee. In this role he has worked closely with the Australian and New Zealand governments on their respective programs.
Enda has previously worked for Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Macquarie Bank and ING Real Estate Investment Management in London and Sydney.

Kiron has spent more than a decade as a high-net-worth client relationship management professional, with over 7 years experience in Family Office / UHWI migration through investment.
Prior to MA Financial Group, he spent 3 years in the United Kingdom in Directorship and COO roles with a family office and New Zealand specialist services firm. Kiron has also worked as a corporate and investor manager for New Zealand's largest Immigration Advisory firm and has a wealth of experience with New Zealand residence through investment visa programs, including the current Active Investor Plus Visa.
Kiron holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Auckland University of Technology and holds a current New Zealand Immigration Advisors licence (IAA: 201601284).

Myles is an Investment Director within MA Growth Ventures and joined MA Financial in 2016. Myles has over 10 years’ asset management, corporate finance, and advisory experience.
Prior to MA Growth Ventures, Myles held roles at Ernst & Young (transaction advisory) and PPB Advisory (restructuring). Currently, Myles is a board member of Apera Hotels.
Born and raised on a farm in country NSW, Myles long ago swapped his RM’s for a city life. Myles loves keeping fit at the gym, cooking and playing the guitar and piano. In the warmer months you might see him at Bondi attempting to surf.

Amelia is a senior advisor to the MA Growth Ventures team, assisting with new investments and as an advisor to existing portfolio companies, particularly ahead of further capital rounds or exits.
Amie brings a wealth of corporate advisory and capital raising knowledge to the team, with her most recent roles leading Equity Capital Markets at MA Moelis Australia (the corporate advisory and equities division at MA Financial Group) and, prior to that, Co-Head of Small to Mid-cap Corporate Advisory. Amelia has over 20 years of investment banking experience including mergers and acquisitions and public/private capital raising, working at UBS in Australia before joining Moelis.
Amie has worked closely with the MA Growth Ventures team over a number of years as a director for some of their investee companies, overseeing further raising rounds and successful exits within the portfolio.
Outside of work, it’s hard to have a conversation with Amie without hearing her talk about at least one of her three young children, planning a ski trip or attempts at getting a golf handicap. She has also recently become more active in her spare time giving back in the sphere of education, with appointments to the School Council of Cranbrook and Alumni Council of the University of Sydney.

Brad is a Managing Director in the Principal Investments division with a focus on real estate.
Brad has been with MA Financial Group for over 12 years’ and has experience across investment banking and asset management.
Prior to joining the Principal Investments team, Brad was a Managing Director in MA Financial Group’s corporate advisory division where he has experience in M&A transactions, listed and unlisted capital raisings, strategic review processes and debt advisory.
Brad has a Bachelor of Business, Banking & Finance from Queensland University of Technology.
