To celebrate the opening of our new Auckland office, we were delighted to welcome clients and guests of our Asset Management team and Finsure business last week.

The event marked an important milestone in strengthening our investment and distribution capabilities across the region, while reaffirming our long-term commitment to New Zealand.

We were also pleased to celebrate another significant achievement, with our approved fund under New Zealand's Active Investor Plus (AIP) visa program recently surpassing NZ$100 million in assets under management following strong initial demand for the product. As part of this program, we recently acquired the iconic Republic Hospitality portfolio in Queenstown.
